Thoughtful supervision for the real work of being a therapist.
Supervision that feels safe, ethical and uniquely you.
Heather & Nina offer individual & group supervision grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and ethical practice. A space to slow down, ask the hard questions, unpack complexity, and strengthen your clinical voice—without shame, hierarchy, or pretending you’ve got it all figured out.
With over 20 years of combined experience in the mental health field, Heather and Nina bring their clinical knowledge and training into their work supporting other therapists. Both Heather and Nina hold the Approved Clinical Supervisor designation with the BCACC and have completed formal supervisory training through the Alberta Psychologists Association.
We hold space for you, so you can hold space for your clients.

Navigating your career as a therapist can feel incredibly isolating - but it doesn’t have to be. I believe accessing meaningful supervision is not only an ethical responsibility as a clinician, but an act of radical self care too. When we “put on our oxygen mask first” by seeking support, connecting to community and exploring the vulnerabilities of our work, we not only show up better for our clients, but for ourselves too. I bring a diverse background in the mental health profession and love supporting therapists in their own career evolutions.

Whether you’ve just become an RCC, or a you’re a seasoned practitioner looking for trauma-specific expertise, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help counsellors explore areas in their practice where they may feel stuck or challenged. My 15 years experience in the mental health field, including 6+ years as a Clinical Counsellor culminates in a gently-challenging and informal approach. I offer feedback, resources & interventions, answer questions, debrief challenges and issues of transference/countertransference. Oh, and let’s celebrate those successes!

We are excited to offer monthly group supervision for RCCs, with a focus on new clinicians, beginning in Spring 2026.
In running our Clinical Internship program and supporting amazing clinicians in their professional development, we have identified a gap – clinicians are entering into private practice after graduate school and feeling isolated and overwhelmed. We remember this feeling well! To support community and connection in our profession, we will be facilitating monthly, 2-hour small-group consultation online. Spaces are limited, so reach out if you would like to be added to our waitlist for Spring 2026.

Heather & Nina hold Adjunct Faculty positions with Adler University and have been teaching Ethics in the masters program since 2024. Additionally, they have partnered with the BCACC to offer workshops for RCCs to engage with ethical practice.
Developing curriculum and delivering training and education has deepened our own practice and we are excited (yes, excited about ethics!) to support other clinicians to engage with their own professional ethics. Fun!
We offer consultation sessions for group practices with a focus on ethical practice. We are able to tailor our trainings and consultation services to meet your unique needs, so reach out if you are interested in having us connect with your team!
